Pablo Lopez is already known as “ace” in the Minnesota Twins pitching staff. He and his wife have teamed up with the Twins in order to support some local charities.
Lopez, along with his wife Kaylee announced on Monday a “Pablo Day”, a ticket package that is available for his homes from May to September.
Package includes ticket for the start of Lopez’s game and an original jersey that pays homage to Venezuelan heritage. A portion from the ticket sales will go to three charities chosen by the couple: Children’s Minnesota Project Success Ruff Start Rescue.
Twins will sell limited quantities of ticket packages around 48 hours prior to his next home game.
According to the organization, the Lopez family’s desire to give back and help Twins fans as well as the Twins community inspired the promotion.
