The conference allows both parties to discuss settlement possibilities before the trial begins. This is because the legal calendar indicates the time and date, and the conference can proceed according to schedule.
The SEC vs. Ripple litigation proceedings are a major catalyst in the XRP market since 2020. In the New York legal calendar, the latest event is the last pretrial conference. It is scheduled to start on Tuesday, 18:00 GMT (15:00 local time).
