Sephora has announced a new appointment for its China presence, naming Xia ding as the managing director for Greater China. She brings decades of experience, including time spent at JD.com Hanes, and Nike.
Beauty retail announced its latest hire on 15 April. Her role includes Hong Kong and mainland China, according to the company.

Ding reports directly to Gogi. Sephora’s Greater China market is listed as 350 stores, and includes two websites. The company also runs digital platforms and applications. The brand operates 3,000 retail points in 35 markets around the world.
Sephora’s “Stores of the Future”, which was introduced in 2010, included a concept of “China” as a new area of experimentation for 2023. Ding’s past before Sephora
