The North Okanagan Hospice Society in Vernon will receive $250,000 for the renovation of the staff and nursing stations, and to upgrade the security systems to make the rooms safer for patients and nurses.

Nelson Curling Club will upgrade its ice-making plant with $94,588. The Nelson Civic Theatre Society receives $225,841 to renovate and equip the theatre.
Shuswap Children’s Association, Salmon Arm also receives $230,000 for construction and renovations.
