Visit Pasadena, the official destination marketing organization for the city of Pasadena, named Mandi Prince its communications manager.
In her new role, Prince will be responsible for developing and executing the organization’s public relations strategies and managing media relations and content creation.
Prince brings almost 10 years of experience in destination marketing and public relations to Visit Pasadena. She most recently served as senior manager, public relations at Santa Monica Travel & Tourism, where she oversaw media and public relations efforts in five international markets and handled all aspects of domestic media for the Los Angeles beach city.
Prior to that, Prince held communications positions at several other companies, including Quinn Public Relations, where she spearheaded the Beverly Hills Convention and Visitor Bureau account, in addition to roles at Dick Clark Productions and Diamond Public Relations.

“Her experience in destination marketing, as well as her extensive understanding of the media landscape and strong relationships with editors and journalists, will be invaluable as we continue to promote our city as a world-class destination.”
Prince is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations. She is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and holds a professional in destination management certificate.
