CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Police are searching for the person responsible for robbing a Starbucks at gunpoint in southwest Charlotte earlier this week.
The robbery happened at the location on Tyvola Road near Westpark Drive on Monday afternoon.
According to an incident report filed with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police, the suspect entered the Starbucks and pointed a gun at employees before taking $165 from the cash register.
The report says nobody was injured in the robbery.
Police said they have not made any arrests and do not have any suspect information to share. An investigation into the robbery remains ongoing.
This is the same Starbucks that was one of two robbed in December, according to police reports.
