McDougall Communications stole the show — Best of Show, that is — at the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA)/Rochester chapter awards on Thursday night.
McDougall was honored with Best of Show PRism Award in both the Not-for-Profit category as well as the Corporate category in ceremonies at the Jackrabbit Club.
The Brighton-based firm won in the Not-for-Profit category with the Contact Lens Institute for “Seeing Eye to Eye: Insights Inspire Contact Legs Prescribers.”
The Corporate division award was for CooperVision’s “Luminaries New Orleans Parade,” an impromptu-style parade through the French Quarter during an industry conference.
The parade, led by a brass band, underscored CooperVision’s commitment to innovation and creativity by deviating from the norm of traditional trade conference activities.
