Instagram’s Notes feature is receiving an upgrade. It will no longer be visible only on the DMs page, but on your profile for greater visibility.
It means you can now see your Notes as well as other users’ entries in this renowned tool when viewing their profile. This eliminates the need to look for a particular name within the notes carousel on the DMs.
Notes in the Instagram Inbox were a welcomed addition. The feature allowed users to send short messages to friends. Later, a reply option was introduced.

Engadget reports that Instagram Notes will be soon available to account owners on their profile pages.
The experience has been significantly improved, especially since it had previously only been available in the Inbox. By visiting the profile page of other users, you can now see it in a more prominent manner.
Instagram notes are displayed as a dialog cloud with a short description from the user.
Instagram’s Notes feature, introduced in December last year, will allow direct interaction through this new tool.

You can see the notes without going to DMs
Before, the Notes function was only available in the DMs. Users who wanted to search for the Notes of their Instagram friends would need to do so via the Inbox.
It means all the Notes from their accounts that they have followed will be here, without being able to pick out one specific user.
Instagram’s new Notes feature allows you to interact directly with an account by selecting its Notes.
